DUTCH-STYLE KICKBOXING FOCUSES ON A HIGH VOLUME OF COMBINATIONS AND QUICK, EXPLOSIVE STRIKES, SUCH AS THE JAB-CROSS, HOOKS, AND LOW KICKS.
